Elite Jury Panel: Project evaluations will be conducted by leading global asset managers, investment advisors, and financial regulators. The panel includes Dr. Mughees Shaukat (Islamic finance expert, Bahrain/Oman); Uns Rasool (Managing Director at Out Rank); Chua Oou Chuan (Founder of Starion Advisory); and Abduvoris Kalandarov (CEO of Unified Banking Technologies). The session will be moderated by Damir Galiev, Director of IVF RT.
